Manager: Faculty Recruitment / Coordination

Job Description:

  • Shortlist and evaluate faculty profile for various academic deliverables.

  • Initiate contact and set up conference calls with prospective faculty.

  • Manage paperwork required for on-boarding of faculty members.

  • Update new and existing faculty members on company policies.

  • Reference check of faculty members.

  • Prepare and maintain database of faculty members based on specialization.

  • Coordinate faculty timings for lectures / workshops.

  • Responsible for compiling student feedback and communicating to faculty.

  • Appraise faculty of improvement areas based on student feedback.

  • Communicate faculty concerns to the operations team and ensure resolution of all issues in a timely fashion.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in either of the following domains HR / admin / event management / coordination.

  • Fresher with demonstrable experience in admin / event management / coordination while in college can be considered.

  • Graduate with top 10% marks in school and college.

  • Good communication skills – Either Hindi or English.

  • Organized and responsible.

  • Excellent time management skills.

  • Strong work ethics.

  • Work towards achieving enrollment targets

  • Understand student requirements and offer courses accordingly

  • Responsible for conversion of leads to students

  • Create a daily log of key metrics, i.e. no. of calls, conversions, collections

  • Organize seminars / webinars for assigned batches

  • Ensure smooth operations of assigned courses

  • Generate new contacts through student references

  • Handle end-to-end student interaction including payment / cancellation / refund, batch transfers, etc.

 

Requirements

  • Graduate with 1-4 years experience in b2c sales

  • Good communication skills

  • Ability to work in teams

  • Self motivated towards meeting targets
