RiaseCap Inc. operates in three verticals in the financial domain: Education, Advisory & Incubation.  All three business verticals complement each other in multiple aspects. The education vertical provides online, classroom and corporate training in globally recognized certification courses in finance / accounts such as CFA®, FRM, CPA ACCA, etc. Classroom training for these courses are conducted in New Delhi and Gurgaon, India. Advisory practice is active in equity private placements, M&A and business valuations. The incubation arm helps startups find their ground in the business world. A brief of each of the three verticals is provided below:

Education: 

Our faculty members have significant training as well as industry experience. Our aim is to amalgamate real life examples with teaching to make classroom education interesting, relevant and easy.

We are not focused on increasing the number of students in our training centers, but we are definitively obsessed with realizing a very high pass percentage. This obsession has led us to keep our batch size small so that it helps us in paying attention to individual candidates and monitor their progress on a regular basis. Exam fees for many of the exams such as CFA®, FRM, CPA, ACCA are expensive and we do not leave anything to chance for our candidates. Candidate success in exams is our priority.

Financial Advisory:

We provide multiple services to our clients under the advisory practice that include business valuations, equity private placements, mergers & acquisitions advisory. Out team has significant experience across sectors in various geographies.

Candidates from our education vertical also get an opportunity to work on live projects and learn on the job skills of financial modelling, business valuation, investor presentation, fund raise road show management and legal intricacies of a transaction.

Incubation:

For the daring few who have the entrepreneurial instinct, we have created Raise-Labs. At Raise-Labs, we nurture and guide candidates with a compelling business idea to launch their business and take it from idea to revenue stage. Startups under the Raise-Labs umbrella will have the opportunity to tap into the rich business experience of faculty members and also get a chance to interact with other businesses, mentors and network of investors. Our focus in this vertical is solely on the fintech and edtech companies.
